1. What is your product range?

2. Are you a manufacturer?
yes,we have own factory,and we have many years experience of packing and printing.
3. Can I need custom box?
All of product accept custom design.
If you need to custom products, please provide us detail and requirement, and we can based on customer require to produce. We also can provide design for custom requirement.
4. If I send you a sample I'm currently using,can you make it?
Yes. We can make the design and match printing colors if you send us original artwork or sample. We will try to meet your specifications as closely as we can.
5. When we create artwork, which format is available for printing?
-The commonly used ones: PDF, CDR, AI, PSD.
-Bleed size: 3-5mm.
-Resolution; no less than 120DPI and the higher, the better.
6. How can I get the samples?
We will charge USD$100-200 for the sample,and the sample charge will be refunded once the order is confirmed.
Generally speaking, sample time is 5-7 days after receiving the sample charge.
7.What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?
- Size of the products (Length x Width x Height)
- Material
- Printing colors
- Quantity
- If it is possible, please also provide pictures or design sketch for checking.
8. Order Comfirmation
All the order and sample must be recognized by FAX or Email, then we will star to work once we receiving the deposit.
Sign contract based on approved price, sealed samples, and deliver time and payment terms.
